After latest Librewolf winupdater if using protocols (ex http handler default links)
Clean installing directly from Librewolf.net works
Update: Tested on a few VMs,
This is NOT the updater's fault. Something is up with the upgrade process if not clean uninstalling Librewolf 103 and below when upgrading to 103.0.1
Windows creates two app handlers under Default Apps for some reason under this scenario.
