qPCR design: total volume

the cell D28 is not calculating well the total sample volume if there are more than one time point or ip.
Consider to split D16 in more variables, maybe three cells for each variable (cells)

Add line to specify the no. individuals -- ChIP targets, thus it is separated from the time_points
