Hey, first of all: great addon, thank you for your work!
Like some other users, I would love to use this with a medical dictionary, so I found these:

I couldn't find a way to convert txt or bic files to bdic, so is there any way to use these with the addon? Or do you know how to convert these files?

The original bic files with the aff index file should work. It appears this version has been modified by hand. So I don't know. If it works, glut-anime would have included it in his own version right? So it prob won't work. You will need to try it to know, and these tool requires a linux dev environment setup.
I made a bdic file from glutanimate's hunspell English medical dictionary, which I uploaded to this issue on one of the repo's. I only ran convert_dict (from chromium's source) and so I cannot take any credit for the content.
Wow, thanks a lot! Would you mind converting the German dictionary as well?

Try this out. I don't know how well it will work, as the convert_dict expects a wordlist with suffixes after the name, and because this word list has no suffix, I used the english .aff file from glutanimate's repo.

This is an English medical dictionary including ICD9 terms, procedures, and drug names suitable for users in Canada, Australia and the UK.
If you are medical technical user who is frustrated with spell checkers that default to American, seek no further.
This medical dictionary is a combination of a regular dictionary, a pharmacopoeia and a medical word list. While the file uses British condition and procedure spellings (e.g. colourblindness) it is specifically tuned for drugs that have been approved by Health Canada (e.g. Gravol, Urispas, Dabigatran etc.). Some Australian and UK specific drugs and spellings are present as well (e.g. Paracetamol, Pethidine etc.) to make it more generally useful.
This text has been checked with Med-Spell.
I've decoded the content into a zip file attached, but I'm not on linux and don't have the tools to convert it, (nor do I need it).

I have converted this file as well and included it in the zip to keep it with the licenses.
can someone tell that how to create these .bdic files from .txt files.
