The ping monitoring type returns garbled characters when it fails
as follows
���� Ping 0.0.0.0 ���� 56 �ֽڵ�����: ����ʱ�� 0.0.0.0 �� Ping ͳ����Ϣ: ���ݰ�: �ѷ��� = 1���ѽ��� = 0����ʧ = 1 (100% ��ʧ)��
