UI overhaul

The project has grown now quite a lot and the current UI doesn't meet the expectations anymore.
Feel free to take up on any of these topics, please open a new issue and reference them here.
- Mobile:
- Navigation is unusable, should be replaced by a burger menu or something like that. Maybe a offcanvas navigation that takes the whole screen would fit here.
- The table UI should be removed as it makes no sense to have it there
- it may be replaced with a more condense UI or a proper table
- General:
- The design may be improved as a whole
- Light/Day mode
- Have a dedicated page per resource
- Two routes should be given for a grace period, to not break referenced cards
- Either have more detail about the resource there or even archive the resource on that page
