Dummy checkout

Add checkout functionality.
This means:

• A checkout button which calls the api 'create_payment'. Since it is using BasePayment we dont need to gather any card details etc (although at some point in future we might want to use a sandbox account for one of the payment providers). Provide a blank dummy address.
