[DOCS] Incorporate content from README.md into docs/index.asciidoc

The plugin documentation that appears in the Logstash Reference Guide and the Versioned Plugin Reference comes out of docs/index.asciidoc.
The README.md file has some good information that should be added to the official documentation in docs/index.asciidoc.
