Enhance Mac OS background items plist parser plugin

#4790 added a Mac OS background items plist parser plugin make the following enhancements
- Add test for version 4, 7 or 8 - needs test file that can be redistributed
- Extract additional values for version 2, 4, 7 or 8
- Compare and deduplicate 2x bookmark data in version 2
