Documentation on CRDS for jspolicy should have more warnings

The documentation where the crds for uninstall are identified should be updated to include that as part of uninstalling JSP.
We ran into a case where the crds were left behind and threw some errors on the cluster management page such as:

Error initializing: create management namespace: Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "add-iam-annotation.xxxx.com": failed to call webhook:

Obviously this depends on the policies, so very much YMMV
