Cannot install on Lubuntu 23.10

Describe the bug
I cannot install LocalSend on Lubuntu 23.10 (Mantic Minotaur)
I tried to install it using the deb package and the flatpak installation through Discover. After installing the debian package, I could find it in the app list but nothing hapened when trying to start LocalSend. Discover said it was installed, but I couldn't find it anywhere and when pressing on start nothing happened.
To reproduce
1.1. Download the .deb package from the website
1.2. Install it
1.3 Start it from the main menu
2.1 Enable flatpak and flathub in Discover
2.2 Search for LocalSend
2.3 Install LocalSend
2.3 Start it with the start button in Discover
Expected behavior
The App should start and appear in the app list.

Additional context
It worked, when I had Lubuntu 22.04.4 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish) installed.
