Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If I want to receive a file from someone who does not have the localsend app, I have to ask them to download the app, which most people will not want to do just to send me a file.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to pull up a QR code on the receive page so someone else can scan it and be taken to a web ui that allows them to upload a file that I then receive.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Even just a short url without a QR code would be really useful and would mostly fulfill this need.
