Blocks Disappearing After Using Measuring Tool EDIT: It was optifine issue

It was just an average time on Minecraft using Apexmc server hosting in order to play the SWEM mod with my friends. I decided I would make some hurdles for my horses to jump over and so I swiftly made myself a measuring tool, the second I clicked on the desired blocks with the tool, it enabled this strange glitch that turns dirt, sand, and most modded blocks invisible. This issue only exists in the few chunks surrounding the area where I used the tool, many different solutions have been attempted; Rejoining the game, Reloading the chunks on the client side, Restarting the server, Restarting curseforge, Destroying the measuring tool, destroying the hurdles, Making a new measuring tool, and using the new measuring tool, all to no avail. This has not happened in any of the single player worlds I've played so I had assumed it was an Apex issue, but since restarting the server did not work, and it is just a client side issue (not appearing for my friends), I have decided to bug report.
