add school name and semester to dashboard

Per Andy: It is rapidly getting complicated to remember which course is which in the dashboard. Most students and instructors will not have this issue -- they will have a small number of courses from one school. However, it would be super helpful for us researchers if we could see semester and school as well as course name.
Perhaps something like:
Classes I'm researching
School Name - Class Name (Fall 2013)
