MyTVSuper 改版，原有测试连接已失效

如题，mytvsuper近期改版了，https://www.mytvsuper.com/iptest.php 已经没有这个检测api，稍微看了没发现有检测IP的特定url，估计要从访问特定资源入手，报告完毕overover～
