Add Japanese for the category

As you know, the category only include Eng, Fre, Chi.
So, how about adding Japanese category?
There are so many Japanese model and you can see almost all model can output Japanese.

Thanks, the main reason we have not added other languages is because we lack of enough data to provide stable enough ranking. We hope to encourage more people to vote in their own languages and we'll gradually add more!
