Windows SDK CMake Integration breaks if SDK path contains spaces

Adding quoting and etcetera doesn't seem to help, and should be required anyway, as CMake should implicitly use command names atomically. The fix for this doesn't appear to be obvious, by my Windows-fu is not very strong.
