frustrating to use because the cursor is off

The cursor is always off by a I don't know how many pixles and it makes using this app about as fun as getting teeth pulled. I could never resize the window especially because the blue dots are the only thing that don't respond when you hover over them. I tried using other versions with different graphics cards settings and nothing works
