Make it clearer that the diagram now has changed after selected a filter

When you change the filter it's hard to know that the diagram has changed when you don't have the diagram open.
It will be easier if it's possible to add a console message which says that the diagram has been updated with your filters.

Version 1.1.22 that just got released addresses this issue. It now opens the diagram automatically if vscode is installed
