Delayed explosions of groups of blocks

Need explosion sprite(s) for individual 70x70 blocks.
Make sure to keep supporting the case where both players destroy a cluster ~simultaneously (which is much easier here).
This has a slight bug; updating the damage should be delayed so that blocks predictably chain rather than only those up/left of the broken block.
