Bigger effect shown for rocket boots

Do we want the rockets themselves to be larger? Now that I've increased the duration 3x, it's already way more noticeable even under lag; previously, the lag after a single restart was making the game not render the jetboots until after the jets had already faded offscreen.

Brighter colors I'd say maybe, given how projector color washout works.

Ah, I see, that's fair. Probably lava-colored.

Still needs to happen. Does this require Kai to do, or can someone else handle this?

Kai, your thoughts appreciated here. 'I can't do this' is fine but I'll need to assign to someone else to make it happen if so.

I'll do this. Which branch do you want this in?

Yeah -- see whether you want the key controls div to be more transparent or less transparent when not highlighted

Regarding the commit you just pushed: it looks like the origin point of the flames is different than the original. intentional? Also, not sure if the colors are any more vibrant -- needs to be slightly deeper of a shade of red/yellow to avoid projector washout.

Origin point difference is intentional, and I've just upped the saturation again. I think the key controls div is fine as it is now, although I'd like to see how playtesters take it. But that can wait.
