Sound: player death sound should be lava-ish, not crashing-ish.

I agree, but I was unable to find a sound that was sufficiently lava-ish to sound okay to my ears, so I just went with a thud. An alternative would be some sort of cartoonish falling noise, or a small music clip (think Mario).
Use previous death sound?
