It is unclear from the README what LIVEBOOK_FIPS controls. The link leads to this page which is a 404.

@Munksgaard the docs will be updated on the next release. In the meantime you can view it on GitHub: https://github.com/livebook-dev/livebook/blob/main/docs/deployment/fips.md.

FTR in the readme, we could point to docs files directly on GitHub, but the environment variables list we reuse for the CLI docs, where relative GitHub URLs wouldn't work.
