Problem with TRUST4 BCR entropy calculation

Dear all,
i have a problem with calculating the bcr clonality/entropy running following command:
single_sample_bcr_clonality <- getClonality(sample, cdr3.bcr.heavy, start=3, end=10).
As a result, I get
sample clonality
"MSI001" "0.0985630735501625" NA
Attached I added the bcr.heavy.csv. Could you please help me?

I'm not sure which package you used for calculating the clonality. It returned the value 0.096, and anything wrong with this number?
