Investigate how remote throttle affects input lag

I've been having some growing concerns about whether the throttle I apply to sending client inputs might affect perceived input lag. It may result in a delay up to 50 ms. Investigation is needed to determine how increasing the throttle to 60 TPS affects gameplay.
The difference is negligible and does not need any attention.
