Investigate ways to decrease snake tracer jitter

Some potential methods to decrease jitter in snake tracers:
- Round rotation values
- Add a pixel of space around tracer textures
Closed as I couldn't find a quick-and-easy solution. Definitely consider coming back to this in the future
