Remove Unused RP Checks

I think we should remove this checks from the PR process:

• continuous-integration/travis-ci Expected
• dockly
• security/snyk - package.json (lirantal)

They just make the status update wait indefinitely and the PR never 'passes', only 'waiting' or 'fail'.
