[Feature Request]: Allow single issue to be assigned to multiple projects

Currently, I can only assign one issue to one project. However, my company is using projects to organize our customer deployments. There are many issues that we create that relate to customer use cases, and many of those use cases are duplicated across multiple customers.
Organizationally, it would be great to be able to create a single issue and assign it to multiple projects.
