Failure to Assign Provided Assignee When Importing CSV Exported from Linear

I've stumbled upon an issue when trying to import a CSV file exported from Linear and assign issues to the provided assignee.

It seems that while the issue.assigneeId contains an email address as shown here, the matching process here is using userName as a key, causing a mismatch.

This mismatch appears to be causing the failure to assign issues to the provided assignee. I suspect that changing the key from userName to userEmail should resolve this issue.
