Don't use master for heroku deployment

In light of #13 , we might want to point the "deploy to heroku" button to a recent, tagged github release, as opposed to always building directly from master. We should make this change on both README.md as well as on the lightning-viz.github.io "getting started" page.
I've updated the heroku button to point to the lastest release on npm, and +1 to continue doing this going forward
