Slack Deployment Notification - Canary

When a canary release stage is completed a deployment notification is sent to Slack with the text "Successfully deployed to production".
While this is true, it may be beneficial to clarify that a canary release was deployed, and not a full production release.
Good idea, we'll fix in next release.
This is fixed in 3.1.0.
