Excalidraw images broken on pages

The images (svg) from the excalidraw folder linked in some pages eg. notes/pia-mancini-open-collective-dialogue.md are not being displayed.
Acceptance

@khalilcodes this is easy to fix - i don't think we have symlinked excalidraw into the site/public folder.
