Achievements support

Currently, achievements for the PS2 core isn't supported. When you start a game that has achievements, you get a pop up with the achievements for the game and another pop up saying "Achievements can't be activated with this core".
Also, if you open the quick menu and go to achievements, you can see the same message "Achievements can't be activated with this core".
