Fixing Wii Boxart

Most Japanese and Europe boxart (from what I saw) was incorrect, as most of the boxart contains an incorrect Rated tag.
For Example, a Europe boxart shows an ESRB Tag, ESRB only does the USA and Canada Games. Europe Games only goes with PEGI
