Medical report are not available when exporting in csv

Medical Report has its column into the CSV export when using the feature : Export to an external system.
Even if the user fills the medical report on patient, this column is neither filled when exported.
To reproduce :
- Create a new patient
- Fill the medical report Note (no need to add a document, just fill the notes)
- Go to the export Menu, Export to a an external system
- Check the csv file, the column medical_report is empty
