Thanks for you efforts so far. :)

What do you like most about it?

Hi @evoskuil

I really like the programming language related to c: c, c3, csharp, cpp. So when I see a cpp project it is something that I value. Additionally, I also participate in bitcoin communities and see this as a good opportunity to contribute. Mainly because it is a library written by cpp and has an agpl license here.

I imagine it's a great use case. Maybe lib libbitcoin is like libtorrent lib, which is widely used and mentioned in various open and closed projects.

But to answer your question, I like the idea of the project: "The libbitcoin toolkit is a set of cross-platform C++ libraries for building bitcoin applications."

I think this is important to increase Bitcoin's use cases for developers, enterprises, governments and businesses around the world.

One of the greatest contributions of open source is making technology free and open to anyone. But bitcoin is still a strange communication protocol for people. And that's why there are still people who don't know how or don't want to use it. Even though bitcoin technology is open to anyone.

I imagine that with the development of a toolkit this would facilitate the development process. In other words, it's incredible that even though we don't know each other, we have similar ideas in the pursuit of bitcoin's popularity through open technology.

And the AGPL license can help a lot with this. But there must be people who want to help too.

How familiar are you with Bitcoin script and/or hash functions?

Hi @evoskuil

How familiar are you with Bitcoin script and/or hash functions?

Not a lot. In the case of Bitcoin, I studied the theoretical part. When I talk about the theoretical part, I'm talking about technical discussions. The part about reading and creating new use case proposals. For example, I'm thinking about contributing some proposals about Open Wallet. In this sense, I will try to include new "rfcs - request for comments" which are small files with the extension .txt, .md in the technical details of what I research. In the case of the “Bitcoin team” there is something called “bips – bitcoin proposals”. But I am not part of this group “officially” or “unofficially” here. As I always liked learning new things, I participate in groups related to Bitcoin technology. But they are not officially part of the technology.

For example, I sent some suggestions to improve the nostr protocol. Some developers of the nostr network protocol are very fond of the bitcoin idea and technology. They are not very well known or unknown.

To answer your question, I know this academically. But I don't know from a developer's point of view, because I've never created anything with Bitcoin.

That's why I'm going to try to collaborate here to see if I can improve my skill as a developer.
