How to build raw transaction with master branch

Hello! I have got a stupid question.
I want to create transaction from testnet segwit address to another testnet segwit address using this library, but i cannot find any examples for master branch, only for v3. I'm not a professional in bitcoin and have a lot to study, so, can you provide some examples for my task?
