Add login support for AerTV

Users with accounts can login to AerTV
This gives a different channel list.
Plugin should support account login for those users who are AerTV subscribers
Partial implementation done. I'd need temporary access to an account to complete this though.
Partial implementation pushed to repos. Need some help from a subscriber to test it ...
Investigation shows that there doesn't appear to be a legitimate way to do this.
For the moment at least, unless further inspiration dawns, this is off the agenda.
