Listen in every HipChat room

Currently AutoBot only listens to you if you mention (@) him directly in a private conversation.
Add support for AutoBot to listen for messages in every HipChat room.
AutoBot now
- replies to one-on-one "chat" messages with or without an @ mention.
- enumerates every available public room and subscribes (joins) it, he then replies to multi user chat (MUC) "groupchat" messages if @ mentioned.
Add more detail and configuration around which rooms to subscribe to
