Timezones in price entities

I'm pretty sure (although not certain) that the times aren't quite being handled right in the component.
All times in the API are in Brisbane time (EST) with no daylight savings.
When I look at my readings, it seems that the timezone shown is not correct - ie I'm 1hr ahead on AEDT.
Is there a way to correct this?

Noting this repo appears dead, I've created a fork which I hope to keep updated. If you want to open an issue there, and have suggestions as to how we manage it, I certainly welcome the discussion. I haven't dug into it, but if this is correct, I suspect it will be impacting me (and our electricity usage too, as we automate things based on this component).
