Install/Setup Instructions in the Readme?

I see you linked out to Flake8 for the setup of setup.py. However, I'd like to see more focused instructions as part of the readme. Show me exactly the commands I need to get this into the project. i.e.:

pip install ...

# output from `git diff` of setup.py, etc.?
