mise/config.toml or mise.toml ?

I'm going to move forward with mise.toml. Reasons:

Most other config files are in the root
When editing 'mise.toml' is meaningful in an editor tab while 'config.toml' is less so.
I hope tasks can eventually be moved to a tasks folder in the root project, negating the need for a mise folder. Discussion at: jdx/mise#2206
