I want to send a pull request to add code that allows developers to specify if a person can download a members only package (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/add-ability-to-filter-user-authentication-check?replies=3), but the repo is at version 1.61 and not the current 2.5.4. If you could get the this repo up-to-date, then I can send you a pull request.

I replied to your WordPress forum, both the repo are the same. I am not too sure where you get the version 2.5.4 from but if you check http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downloadmanager/, it states 1.61 and https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-downloadmanager/blob/master/wp-downloadmanager.php#L6 also states 1.61
