Hi, i'm unable to download the dataset from baidu, as a non Chinese mainlander i cannot sign up to baydu and are unable to download the dataset.
Is there an alternative link to this dataset?

The new dataset isn't available either (a system maintenance error?). Also the LIP dataset provides a different challenge from the ATR one (which has only stand-up person instances in the outdoors) which i'm more interested into.
Could you please provide a new link for the ATR?
