groupchat window does not resize with tiling WM

Groupchat window when in tiled mode.
Groupchat window when in floating mode.
The groupchat window is messy because of the peer list. If I don't set a min-width for the receive canvas, the list-box is far too wide and takes up a lot of the frame's real estate. If you have any ideas, I'm all ears.
This is essentially a duplicate of #31 so I'll close both once everything looks okay.
