Alexa development issue

I followed the exact same steps to develop Alexa skills, but while testing,Alexa says“there is a problem with required skill’s response”
i have enabled display interfaces too
Also while screen testing, wrong input file is being invoked and no output. Don't know why
Please help.
there are utterance conflicts too.Do they create problem? If yes,How to resolve ..Plz help
