debian/watch not working properly for gpg verification file

Project has totally moved from SourceForge.net, so the debian/watch file needed to be updated for the new locations of the distribution archive and its detached gpg file for verification. Getting it updated for the distribution archive itself appears to have been successful but the *.asc file associated with it used for the gpg verification does not seem to get referenced properly so that step fails.
Creating the orig archive currently needs to be done manually and the gpg versification is successfull when done that way.
Note that the Debian package ledgersmb also has had a similar issue: reference bug #868724 for that.

Instead of using github/ledgersmb release site to the download.ledgersmb.org site. That allows both obtaining the new versions of the LedgerSMB archive as well as verifying that archive against the LedgerSMB releasee gpg key.
