`boundary` event doesnt fire on Chrome.

Describe the bug
The boundary event doesnt fire on Chrome whereas its working perfectly on Edge.

To Reproduce

EasySpeech.speak({
  text: myText,
  voice: myVoice, 
  pitch: 1,
  rate: 1,
  volume: 1,
  // there are more events, see the API for supported events
  boundary: event => {
    console.log(event);
  },
  end: event => {
    this.startIndex = null;
    this.endIndex = null;
  }
});

Expected behavior
It should work properly across the browers.
