Error when running analy

When running an analysis I get the attached error message. It could be that I'm missing a dependency
but that's not clear from the error.
If you have any suggestions on how to resolve the issue I'd much appreciate that.
I'm very sorry that I can't find out the reason.
I just test ok on kali linux and osx.

the same error occurred when analyzing pcap file.
Platform is Windows, 32-bit Python2.7.
is there any woraround or solution to fix this issue?
