Switching weapons after ubering can cancel the uber while keeping the charge

It seems like changing the uber percentage while an uber is active but the medigun is unequipped cancels the uber completely.
Not sure if this is fixable unless there's some sort of value for uber_is_active

Edit: I realized the clip on the thread seems to not use this plugin.
