Instructions missing: turning off "Vi-like client focus"

It's probably great for anyone who is used to being forced focus by moving windows up front.
I'm used to the normal behavior of Awesome (and to some extend Windows does this too).
I'm guessing the devs use tiled window managing, where as any user of "floating window managing" quickly get annoyed how the windows pop back and fourth when moving the cursor across the screen.
But imagine that there's these types of people:
